Reading To Heal: Top 6 Books

Reading To Heal: Top 6 Booksfeatured

This past year I have spent hours in the library and in my room reading. I have read hundreds of books and I have taken the last couple of months. The more I learn on my own the more I feel empowered to go about my own life making healthy decisions based on love and compassion and not fear. Everyone is different. We connect to different kinds of practices for a reason, we are unique human beings. What works for one person may not work for another person and that’s okay. Take what you can from it, because you can learn from everything around you. I wanted to share with you 6 of my favorite books that have helped me make sense of my trauma and given me practical tools to find balance inside myself and the external world. It’s a mixture of science, spirituality, holistic health and mindfulness. I believe it’s good to find the balance that works for you. Remember-there is no wrong healing journey-there is only yours.
