Creamy Avocado-Chocolate Pudding

Avocados are a healthy, filling and reach in nutrients fat. We need daily doses of the right kind of fat in our diet to sustain our energy and heal. Eat this in the morning, as a mid-day snack, or as you are winding down after work. The chocolate adds a unnamedrich and nutritious touch.

Ingredients: 

1 ripe avocado
1-2 ripe bananas
1 tbs of coco powder
1 tps of cinnamon (optional)
2 tbs of chia seeds (optional and soaked for 10 minutes before hand to expand)

Directions:

1) Place ingredients in a blender.
2) Serve and cheers to your heart happy health!
