Being the whole ocean~embrace your waves

Being the whole ocean~embrace your wavesfeatured

As I sit and watch the waves rise and fall I realize that these waves are a metaphor for life. Some people will see the waves are violent, fearing its unpredictability. Some people will see the waves as an expression of nature providing them peace and joy.

If we look deeply we discover that the waves are both a dual expression of violence and peace.

There is life and death, pain and beauty. We would not be able to appreciate the magic of the whole ocean if it didn’t express both sides of its naturals wonders.

When we break free of the illusion that life is only pain or only peace we can begin to flow with what is and begin to see them as compliments that allow us to plant seeds and grow. Together they make up the cycle of life and we gracefully let go of the need to judge our life experiences for the waves that make up our whole ocean of a living human being.

We will experience suffering and we will experience happiness. It is all part of the natural cycle of life. Let yourself feel both. Let go of controlling and learn to just be the wave. Allow your whole being to gently flow with life.

Find compassion in your suffering. Discover the peace inside of you. Experience the joy of the wave. Let the waves teach and inspire you to simply live in the moment and love the flow no matter what happens. Be the whole ocean. Embrace your unique life experiences. Be all of you.
