“Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than suffering itself. And no heart has never suffered when it goes in search of its dreams.” ~Paulo Cohello
Living in the jungle is beyond therapeutic. Never have I been more in touch with myself, my emotions and who I have always been. I am learning what “real life” can be as I wake up to a beautiful permaculture farm, picking my afternoon salad, smelling the flowers as I gracefully make my way to the sacred yoga platform to teach yoga in the morning.
Living in the jungle is real life and it my journey here that has lead me to truly appreciate the meaningful of inner peace.
I am learning the meaningful of contentment and the experiencing the feeling of peace. I am learning to not be a human doing, but be a human being.
I am learning what it means to live simply while not feel deprived. I am learning to live a life I am proud of. One that I am fully participating in and empowers me to make healthy choices for myself.
I am learning to have hours of meaningful conversation and I’m loving my solo walks on the beach as I discover myself on a deeper, intimate level.
I am learning to cherish the light and love we all hold inside, but sometimes walk away from because we fear how amazing we can be if we believe it with our whole heart.
The path to self empowerment and peace is simple, but takes daily mindful practice. We must release what does not serve us to make room for the light to pour through our body and open our heart guiding us to where we belong and who we really are.
As I continue to find contentment in the present moment I realize now that I must always follow my heart however painful it may feel at time. It is the truth of my heart that will always lead me back to not happiness, but peace and contentment. We all deserve to discover our own inner peace. It is there we will discover what it means to be whole, to feel complete, balanced and realize we have never been on this journey alone. We’re here to learn and share together.
I share my inner peace with you in hopes that you will honor your being and discover what peace means for you. Take the road less traveled…..it’s your path that will make all the difference.
We all hold peace inside, but we must take the time to discover our own peace.
It’s the most powerful and loving gift we can give ourself.
Peace is gentle, loving, humble and honest. It is the feeling of balance and tranquility.
Peace cannot be bought, it can only be discovered within.
When you set out on your own journey of peace it transforms you. It will shake you. It will shape you. It will peel away the layers of you that are not real.
You are not guilt, shame, depression, anxiety or hatred. These are not natural emotions and only cause separation, not peace.
Your true nature is that of love, courage, strength and freedom. The key to discovering who you are is through discovering the journey of peace.
Peace is why you are here. Peace is who you always have been.
I am peace.
You are peace.
We are peace.
Together we will discover our peace.
